Broward Health Home Health full time rehabilitation staff; which includes specialists on physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy will work with the referring physician to establish goals and an appropriate plan of treatment that will help each individual patient reach their maximum potential.

Broward Health Home Health is here to assist in making that happen with our interdisciplinary rehab team. Our team which is lead by a Broward Health Home Health case manager, and consists of specially trained physical, occupational and speech therapists, nurses, clinical social workers and nutritionists working closely with the patient's orthopedic surgeon, physiatrist and attending physician; ensure that each patient's individual program is specifically tailored to meet their individual needs.

Broward Health Home Health is here to assist in making that happen with our interdisciplinary rehab team. Our team which is lead by a Broward Health Home Health case manager, and consists of specially trained physical, occupational and speech therapists, nurses, clinical social workers and nutritionists working closely with the patient's attending physician to evaluate and implement the appropriate sensory and motor training exercises to address each patient's individual needs.
